  • Reaching out via our email system: please email the detailed information about the order; we require the order ID or the email address the customer used to create or place the order on our website in the mandate to provide detailed information about the inquiry. 
  • Reaching out via our call center: our call center is open through Monday or Friday, from 11AM-6:00 PM ET. If you are still waiting for an instant answer, please leave a message and specify how you would like to be contacted: message or phone call.   • When can I expect to receive my order?

If there are no billing or inventory issues, Vape More will ship the day you place your order if done before 12:00pm ET, Monday through Friday. If your order was placed on a Sunday, it will be processed by our warehouse and shipped the next business day (M-F excluding holidays). The day you receive the shipment depends on the method of shipment you selected when you placed your order. Please remember that shipments will not be delivered Sundays, or holidays.

  • Why was my order cancelled?

Vape More is sometimes required to cancel orders that we suspect are fraudulent. Before canceling an order, Customer Service will attempt to contact you by phone or email and give you a reasonable amount of time to respond to our concerns. If the contact information you provided on your order is not valid, we will automatically cancel your order with no further notice.

  • When can I expect my order to ship?

If you place your order before 12:00pm ET, Vape More will do our best to ship that day unless there is a problem with your order. Vape More Customer Service will attempt to contact you if there are problems with your order that we cannot resolve without your help. The most common reasons for delay include:

  • The billing address entered on your order does not match the billing address your credit card company has on file.
  • The billing address on your credit card is an international address.
  • Your order matches the criteria we have identified as possibly fraudulent.
  • There is a backlog on the product.
  • Your order exceeds $1,000.
  • Your order exceeds $500 with Priority Mail Express® Ship Time: Next-day to 2-day guarantee by 6 PM. 
  • Your order is required to be manually verified.


  • Where can I find a tracking number for my shipment?

If you would like to find the tracking number of your shipment, you can log in to your account using your user name and password on the Vape More site. Keep in mind that it can take up to 1 day from the time you place the order until your tracking number is loaded into our system.

In the event battery begins to balloon, swell, smoke, or become very hot, immediately disconnect the power to home or office from the circuit breaker. If a circuit breaker is unavailable, disconnect from outlet. Do not approach the battery for at least 2 hours and ensure the room is ventilated. Do not drop, damage, or tamper with batteries. Always use a surge protector. Do not throw batteries into fire. Do not connect improperly. Do not charge batteries unless are specifically labeled as “rechargeable”. Do not carry or store batteries together with a metallic necklace, in your pockets, purse, or anywhere they may be exposed to metals. Keep away from children and pets. Should a child/pet swallow or chew on a battery, immediately consult a physician and or call your local Poison Control Center. Always turn off vaping devices with on/off switches when not in use. Unplug charging units when not in use. Failure to follow warnings may result in electric shock, fire, property damage, bodily injury, or death.
